Faculty and administrators can access UCSB Data Dashboards to learn more about undergraduate and graduate admissions/enrollments, matriculated students, and graduation rates in programs and courses.

Data Dashboards have been developed by UCSB Institutional Research, UCSB Graduate Division, UC Office of the President, and CITRAL. All dashboards are listed in the Dashboard Inventory. UCSB Institutional Research Dashboards are restricted to UCSB users and require Tableau login.

If you do not have a login, contact Linda Adler-Kassner, Associate Vice Chancellor of Teaching and Learning.

STEM Curriculum Pathway Dashboard Guide

Guides provide insight into students’ trajectories in pre-major and major courses in STEM majors and Economics. Dashboards show where students encounter bottlenecks that can be addressed, in part, in curriculum planning.

The Office of Teaching and Learning Dashboards offer a comprehensive summary of students' interaction and involvement with various OTL units, including the Transfer Student Center (TSC), ONDAS Student Center, pedagogical innovations such as ECoach and ELI Review, and their participation in undergraduate research through the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (URCA) program.
