UCSB faculty may apply for four separate online course development grants. Each grant has different requirements. Please read the calls for proposals carefully. Faculty members are strongly encouraged to work with an Office of Teaching and Learning Instructional Consultant prior to submission, and to review UCSB's definitions of online course formats and resources for online course design.

ALL online course development grants must be approved by the faculty member’s department chair and dean, and reviewed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Teaching and Learning prior to submission.
