Faculty and administrators can access UCSB Data Dashboards to learn more about undergraduate and graduate admissions/enrollments, matriculated students, and graduation rates in programs and courses. Data Dashboards have been developed by UCSB Institutional Research, UCSB Graduate Division, UC Office of the President, and CITRAL. All dashboards are listed in the Dashboard Inventory. |
UCSB’s Equity Data Reports provide quantitative information about students’ curricular and co-curricular experiences. OTL experts can help faculty access and interpret reports, gather additional information, or identify possible interventions or changes in courses or programs. UCSB also has additional dashboards on faculty and staff workload, enrollment trends, minor enrollments, and more. Review the Data Dashboard Inventory to learn more. Some dashboards require a Tableau login. If you do not have a Tableau login, contact Linda Adler-Kassner, Associate Vice Chancellor of Teaching and Learning.

Guides provide insight into students’ trajectories in pre-major and major courses in STEM majors and Economics. Dashboards show where students encounter bottlenecks that can be addressed, in part, in curriculum planning.
