Dashboard

Faculty and administrators can access UCSB Data Dashboards to learn more about undergraduate and graduate admissions/enrollments, matriculated students, and graduation rates in programs and courses. Data are also integrated into the Equity-Focused Assessment Process for PLO and PRP assessment.

Equity Dashboards

These dashboards provide disaggregated data about undergraduate students: 1) Current enrollments (department/division); 2) Application/acceptance/enrollment to the department; 3) Matriculated major (probation rates, rates of major switching in/out, relationships between major change and on-time/extended degree completion); and 4) Graduation rate data

Course Flow Dashboards 

These dashboards provide disaggregated data about: 1) When undergraduates start, switch to, and/or leave the major (quarter by quarter for years 1-2; year by year for years 3+); 2) Where students encounter bottlenecks making progress through the major because of course scheduling or course access; and what students are completing on-time and extended time.

Data Enhanced Teaching and Learning (DETAiL) Dashboards

These dashboards provide information about specific demographic characteristics: 1) at the institutional-divisional level and 2) at the course-level.
